I have had my beautiful piggies for 2 years now. Got them after my first dog passed of 12 years. I did a whole bunch of research before adopting them and it said that pigs are the 4th smartest animals and make excellent therapy animals. They have a long life expectancy and I needed an animal that was dependable because I don't deal with change to well myself. These last 2 years have been such a blessing. My piggies have been nothing but special to my family and have really helped me cope with some of my disabilities. They live in the house with the family and even have there own room. They are litter box trained. Have their own fenced in yard apart from the rest of the yard that gets cleaned twice a week. They DO NOT smell. They are NOT a nuisance.  I even built a handicap ramp for my pigs. I maintain a strict diet and provide them with positive stimulation. They watch T.V, listen to music, play games and enjoy a good belly rub. Losing these two blessings would be devastating to not only me but to them as well. We have bonded. We have developed a daily routine. We help each other get through each day. If I am forced to get rid of part of my family then I would have no choice but to sell my house and it would be very difficult and stressful because I live on a fixed income and suffer from many disabilities. Please help me save my piggies....
