We will have caps and gowns, but we will have no graduation stage to walk across, we will not experience the excitement of being surrounded by our friends as we are proclaimed graduates, we will not be able to search for the proud faces of our family in a crowd of the proud faces of all families. However, this is something that we have accepted because we understand what we as a community, country, and world are experiencing. But there are things that cannot be accepted such as being deprived of wearing our achievements. Now once again we are told that we will not be given those symbols which represent our accomplishments, our passions, our commitment to Ronald Reagan Doral Senior. We were told we cannot have our chords, we cannot have our stoles. Instead, we will be getting an empty cap and gown which does not represent our achievements nor hard work. As a senior class wanting to be proud of their alma mater, we begged you to please sign this petition and help us get back a small piece of our senior year. BECAUSE LIKE A BISON, WE STAND OUR GROUND!
