On Wednesday May 10th 2017 at 6.00PM the City of Doral Council will consider another amendment to the City Master Plan to build another High Density Residential project. The project will increase the traffic in an already busy intersection, 107 and 41 and surroundings. Be completely OUT OF CHARACTER in our low-density, residential neighborhood. Have a disastrous CUMULATIVE FUTURE IMPACT since more big buildings like it will follow, causing even more congestion. They will no stop here. The City will need to provide more services like schools, security and maintenance. Quality of Life of current residents will be affected and only the developer will win at the end. The prices of our homes will decrease since more properties are in the market. Enough High Density Residential developments are already coming in the next few months, don't allow more! El Miercoles 10 de Mayo de 2017 a las 6.00pm el Concejo de la Ciudad del Doral considerara otra enmienda del master Plan de la Ciudad para construir otro pprojecto de Alta Densidad Residencial. Este projecto sin duda INCREMENTARA el trafico en una ya muy ocupada interseccion como es la 41 con la 107. Esta totalmente fuera de CARACTER en nuestro vecindario de baja densidad. Tendra un desastroso FUTURO IMPACTO ACUMULATIVO ya que mas edificios grandes como estos seguiran causando mas congestion. Ellos no se detendran aqui. La Ciudad necesitara brindar mas servicios, como escuela, seguridad y mantenimiento incrementando los costos de operacion. La calidad de vida de los residentes se vera afectada y solo el desarrollador ganara al final. Los precios de nuestras casas bajaran ya que hay, y habra, mas propiedades en el mercado. Suficientes proyectos de Alta Densidad Residential estaran listos en los proximos meses. No permita mas!
