The World has Changed is an understatement. Yet, Cleveland and movie industry has changed as well. The Film Commissioner left and another one took his place. He was kindler but then things changed and he has left only after 18 months on the job. As the Greater Cleveland Film Commission ponders its next move and President, I implore them not to revisit the past.  I have a Plan that involves creating a board with me as Film Commissioner and also a Marketing Team and a way to "build" the Soundstage here within a year. It is a Plan that involves thinking outside the Box which is why I am reviving this petition.
