November 7th, Cleveland may have a new mayor or may renew the Mayor we have. Either way, we need a new FIlm Commissioner. I WILL PRESENT TO THE PRESS AND OUR INCOMING MAYOR THAT WE NEED A CHANGE. Ten years is enough time. If I can move into the position and have the "resources" of the current Commissioner, I would target the goal of at least four outside productions a year and a continuing TV series by a Major Studio shooting in our city within 12 to 18 months. A lofty goal, but after ten years, it is a needed goal. I am working behind the scenes to bring change here.
