• The character of our neighborhood & the integrity of your home is under attack.
• This design and size will overwhelm one of our most vibrant and pedestrian-filled arteries and and challenge the neighborhood flow in a congested area.
• It will generate more noise, more light pollution and more traffic.

WHAT THE COMMUNITY DEMANDS

• A public meeting with the developer
• A comprehensive traffic study on impact to all streets within 0.5 miles of 3660 Michigan Ave.
• Limit new structure to three stories and residencies to 20 units or less
• A redesign to existing neighborhood standards
• Eliminate noise pollution sources – no above ground garages or outdoor pools.
