The proposed construction will clearly cause many issues.  Apartments on Fentress Rd will cause over crowding in the area as well as schools.  Traffic issues on Fentress and through streets as well as drainage and possible flooding which is already an issue.  I live directly behind this property with the coopers ditch drainage pond as part of my property.  Myself and my neighbors are concerned about drainage as well as trespassers to the pond and children.  we will be forced to fence off the pond area at a very expensive cost in only to hope kids don't tear it up and or think they can play in this water.  We have had kids in the past tearing up my fence and throwing trash in the pond.  There is more concern about future residence on that side of the pond. The community as a whole is concerned about property values.  the person that purchased this property has been deceiptful to the previous owner of property as well as others.
