Chuck Davisson is not fit to be a landlord. He had 4 nuissance properties.  In addition to the vandalism, that house had numerous housing violations, police calls, shootings and so many unresolved issues that the city went to the unprecedented step of suspending the owner's landlord license for 6 months.

Landlords impact their tenant's actions, the neighborhoods their houses are in and the quality of life of their neighbors.  If you treat your tenants badly and don't fix problems with the house then it can be expected that the tenants will act badly in return and that suitable renters will avoid those properties at all costs. This is not the first time this landlord has had these issues and this is not the first house that he has had these issues at.  

In April, his 6 month suspension will be over and he will be legally allowed to rent the house back out again.

It's time to put a stop to his negligence and take this a step further. We are calling for the city to revoke his landlord license permanently.  He has had enough chances to do the right thing.  Enough is enough.
