Lacamas lake is, or was a beautiful oasis , filled with trails and teaming with wildlife. The past few years it's slowly being taken over ,with seemingly endless rows of houses. Cutting down trees and destroying the environment not to mention endangering and uprooting hundreds of animals. The lake itself just keeps getting dirtier and dirtier, with multiple closures do to excessive levels of blue green algae not to mention all the garbage floating in it. As a resident of camas ,I'm truly disgusted at the level of destruction at lacamas lake and the blatant disregard for the wildlife,plant life and environment. The damage that's been done cannot be repaired but we can STOP them from destroying any more of this beautiful place. PLEASE HELP!
