The City of Burbank has done very well managing the spread of Covid-19.  Masks are mandatory in businesses and it is highly suggested they be worn outside of your home. Many comply.

People are suffering financially however and adding a fine to already strapped citizens is an unnecessary and cruel burden.

Please let our city leaders know that we do not need to fine people for not wearing masks outside.
