Repaint Dwtn Bozeman Crosswalks Blue to Voice Support for Local Police

The Issue

The city of Bozeman, Montana has opened up Downtown crosswalks to political and cultural messages - particularly to advocate for and show support for marginalized groups within our community. In light of this bold decision, we request that several crosswalks in downtown be repainted with blue stripes to voice our support for an ever growing marginalized group in our community and nation - our law enforcement personnel. Please join us in showing your support for our local men and women in uniform!

In an ever growing anti-law enforcement and downright hostile and dangerous environment they need to hear our voice. Amidst calls to "Defund the Police" surrounding us, and folks standing on street corners in downtown proclaiming "All cops are evil", "A good cop is a dead cop", and "Real Cowboys and cowgirls hate the Police" the community of Bozeman needs to stand up and voice our support for these local hero's. The average Montanan from all political viewpoints knows that our local brothers and sisters in law enforcement are on the front lines of protecting our communities and care deeply about Bozeman's diverse community and her people.

Lets join together to show them that we stand with them.
