Allowing distilleries, wineries, and breweries to serve food at their tap rooms would promote a safer and more responsible environment for alcohol consumption. Also, if restrictions on all of Boulder's industrial zones are allowed to be affected by one business who had industrial land rezoned for non-industrial use, then we could lose the iconic and unique businesses that make Boulder so special.
