Should the law have the authority to restrict the level of tint you apply to your vehicles.  I don't think they should.  I would like to propose the complete stripping of this law, or at least change the one in place now.  The law In Louisiana does not allow tint below 40% for the driver and passenger seat.  This law is overruled in Texas, and in Florida there are no tint restrictions in place at all. I would like to see 20% allowed or even better complete abolishment of this ridiculous law.
