First of all, I'd like to thank everyone for their support on this petition. We need a lot more to get the City's attention, so if you have the opportunity to share the petition, please do so.

Second, I have some disturbing news: Alfonso Castro has been stalking us for the past few months. We've seen him at least 3 times following us near our home. We've filed police reports about these incidents, but the police have told us that they can't do anything unless he verbally makes a threat or physically assaults us. 

It sounds to me as though he's trying to keep an eye on us to make sure we don't find out any evidence about Jason's death. This makes our family all the more steadfast in our resolve to keep investigating the matter until justice is served.
