As someone who uses the roundabout regularly I have found that many people do not know how to use it properly i.e which lane to go into for which exit meaning people are in danger of crashes. Childwall fiveways is known as one of the most dangerous roundabouts in Merseyside due to the number of accidents. The use of traffic lights would reduce the risk of crashes and allow proper traffic flow.
