I would like to get a petition signed to have a playground built and named after Evelyn Mae Boswell, a toddler who passed away in Blountville, TN. I feel it only right to have the playground built there in remembrance of her. The playground would include activities for children ages 3 months and up and an area to include equipment for handicapped children so that ALL children can have a place to play and have fun. Most playgrounds do not have these accommodations and there needs to be one built to make change possible for other kids.
