I support the efforts of the Environmental Council of Alexandria (ECA) to protect the native plants, trees and wetlands found along Taylor Run in Chinquapin Park near T.C. Williams High School. We urge you to work with the community to come up with a restoration new plan that does not destroy what is left of the original Taylor Run ecosystem and will actually improve water quality in the tidal Potomac River and Chespeake Bay.
