Dublin Shouldn't Rezone to Double the Amount of Housing on Empty Parcels.

The Issue

One of the areas is formerly known as The DiManto Parcels (entrance to Dublin off 580/ Tassajara, now referred to as SCS ). The residents of Dublin respectfully request Council Members to keep retail and business as originally zoned and to stop increasing the # of housing units. Not all community members are able to attend 3-4 hour council meetings so we decided to unite via petition. Residents would rather see the land remain empty than continue this ludicrous path to cover every remaining piece of property with higher density housing in a time our infrastructure is failing. Wait for a plan that we can ALL get behind and be proud of.
