I would like to have a law limiting fireworks to a single location within a development.  This would avoid random firework explosions going off close to homes and shrubs.

I am suggesting this because for the past two years, my home and family are bombarded by fireworks on all sides of our home from 7:30 pm to 11:00 pm.  My dog suffers through this each year.  

Firework explosions are fun, however, they create trauma for dogs and pets, and re traumatize people suffering with PTSD.  In addition, Fireworks provide a serious danger of FIRE to homes, shrubs and forests.

I know that there is a solution to this where fireworks can still be enjoyed and pets and people suffering with PTSD can enjoy safety as well.

If a state or local law was put into place and HOA's fined if they do not follow the law I am sure this situation can be rectified so that everyone feels safe.

I am not interested in taking away people's fun, I am interested in creating a space where Fireworks can be displayed and not create pain and suffering for those who are suffering from this, dogs, cats, wildlife, people with PTSD.
