Non-owner occupied Short Term Vacation Rentals in Pacific Grove have had and continue to have negative impacts on our community in general. 

Pacific Grove’s environment, housing inventory on the long term rental market, the sustainability of working households, and the character of our neighborhoods have all suffered and continue to suffer negative impacts due to Short Term Rentals. 

As a signer of this petition, I ask the Mayor and City Council of Pacific Grove to amend ordinance 16-007 § 3, 2016; Ord. 10-001 § 3, 2010 making all Short Term Vacation Rentals in Pacific Grove 100% owner occupied, 100% of the time.
