Roussan Joshua Collins and Lou Noble were arrested while filming the Anaheim Police Dept. on Sept. 30th, 2015. They were working to protect the rights of the homeless that often had their property confiscated from them in violation of the 4th Amendment. Roussan Joshua Collins and Lou Noble were both charged with violating PC 148 (A) 1 - "Obstruction, Resisting, and or Delaying". Please sign this petition and demand that these charges be dropped.
