𝗡𝗢𝗧𝗔𝗕𝗟𝗘 𝗔𝗚𝗘𝗡𝗗𝗔 𝗜𝗧𝗘𝗠𝗦 (𝟲:𝟬𝟬𝗣𝗠 𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴):

A.) To hear from the public in accordance with O.C.G.A. § 36-66-4 (a) and the Hampton Code of Ordinances, Appendix A, Article 2, Article 3, Article 6, and Article 7; to amend Appendix A Zoning of the Code of Ordinances in the following sections and consider the item(s) listed specifically to address Data Center use requirements and respective zoning districts:
• Article 2. Definitions
• Article 3. General Provisions
• Article 6. Business Districts
• Article 7. Mixed Use Districts

𝗡𝗢𝗧𝗔𝗕𝗟𝗘 𝗔𝗚𝗘𝗡𝗗𝗔 𝗜𝗧𝗘𝗠𝗦 (𝟲:𝟯𝟬𝗣𝗠 𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴):

G.) Consideration and approval of the second proposed Resolution 2026-08 that would establish a one hundred twenty (120) day moratorium on the acceptance, processing, consideration, and approval of new annexation petitions or requests seeking to annex property into the municipal
limits of the City of Hampton. The purpose of this moratorium is to allow the City to evaluate annexation policies, service delivery capacity, infrastructure impacts, and long-term growth and planning objectives before accepting and approving additional annexations.

H.) Consideration and approval of the first proposed Resolution 2026-09 that would establish a one hundred twenty (120) day moratorium on the acceptance, processing, review, and approval of new data center-related zoning and development applications and associated development permits within the City of Hampton. The purpose of this moratorium is to allow the City to evaluate public infrastructure and service capacity and consider potential amendments to the City's zoning and land use regulations applicable to data center uses.
