The latest revision of the Henry County Data Center Ordinance will be heard — and could be voted on — at the upcoming meeting of the Henry County Board of Commissioners.
This ordinance will control EVERY future data center built in the unincorporated areas of Henry County. Once it passes, the rules are set.
