To all citizens of Pakistan, all business owners, all donors, all philanthropists, and the literary community:

Fasih Ahmed is an editor of the Newsweek Pakistan, and the organiser of LLF (Lahore literary festival). It is a shame that he would tweet comments that make light of the seriousness that is rape:

"The sexual abuse of children will always exist. You can never eliminate it. Sometimes it leads to great art. So there's also that."

"Rape by say, Obama is rape. Rape by, say, Tom Cruise is everyone's dream come true. All subjective.

As a member of the elite class in our society, will he be held accountable? Can we boycott newsweek pakistan, the marketing of it, selling, buying, advertising in it until he is removed as editor. Can we do the same for any LLF that he is a part of.

As a society that is still mourning rape victims, this is the LEAST we can do.
