Recently, a four year old has passed away at an intersection where many lives have already been lost. Road safety is vital in saving lives. In order to slow down the traffic at this intersection, we propose a roundabout be put in the intersection of Glendon Rd and Melbourne Rd, thereby slowing the traffic down and in the case of an accident the chances of the accident being fatal is lesser. Do your part by helping to make a difference by signing this petition that will be forwarded to the Municipality of Southwest Middlesex, Middlesex County, and the Office of Monte McNaughton in the hopes that construction of a roundabout can be expedited in the hopes we can prevent the next fatal accident and ultimately save the life of someone that could be our family member or our close friend. May this roundabout also be a memorial for all those who have lost their lives and a thank you to the many first responders that have been there to rescue those who have been a victim of the intersection of Glendon Rd and Melbourne Rd.
