CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT AGAINST GRETCHEN WHITMER:

I am planing to pull together a team of attorneys to prepare a class action lawsuit against the Governor of Michigan for unconstitutional confinement and forced closure of businesses.  This also includes the movement to impeach the Governor. 

All residents and business owners welcome to join.

[1st Post Update]

This will not be a monetary lawsuit. It’s a lawsuit to force the Governor to abide by the Declaration of Independence, the United States Constitution, the Bill of Rights and Supreme Court Rulings.

It‘s very unfortunate that 100k people [globally] have died [from Covid-19] in the last 4 months.

Preventing the spread of Covid by forcing a national shutdown is unconstitutional and has caused long-term systemic issues that impact tens of millions of people in Michigan and across the US.

“According to the Fifth Amendment, if any government, state or federal, attempts to impair the life, liberty or property of any person, it must follow due process. The Supreme Court has ruled that the federal government and the states cannot confine a person who has not committed a crime, or one who has committed a crime but has served their full sentence, in order to protect society from the person’s intentional or uncontrollable harmful tendencies.” The Declaration of Independence, the Constitution, and the Bill of Rights are all freedom first and politicians are not allowed to arbitrarily make changes as they see fit.

People ordered to stay at home and infected with one of the following symptoms, including joblessness, homelessness, hunger, anxiety, stress, over-crowded hospitals, decreased immunity, decreased education, personal and small business bankruptcies, alcoholism, drug abuse, mental health issues, depression, domestic violence, etc. [in the US]: 329.45 million.

[2nd Post Update]

This took off a lot faster than expected. However, a team will be established to handle communications and legal strategy to navigate the constitutional process. It will take a lot of work to initiate this effort and there will be opportunities to volunteer and petition through a secure web portal.

However, if changes come from Washington (via the White House, Congress or Supreme Court) that address the concerns expressed in this and other groups, any current efforts will work in accordance with such actions taken.
