It all started with an advertisement of 'mega sale' following which I placed an order with Jabong.com. Two weeks past the 'estimated delivery date', I saw that the status of the order changed automatically to 'sent back to warehouse'. Of course no money was refund, and it still hasn't been refunded. What was unbelievable was in every possible forum/social media, I saw thousands of similar complaints. They have a customer care number which will put a customer on the waiting for 10 mins until the customer gives up and cuts the call. After having called at least 30 times, I NEVER got the chance to speak to a representative. Several emails written to them went unanswered, ultimately I got a reply (which seems to be a template) that action will be taken in 48 hours. It has been a week past that '48 hours' and absolutely no action has been taken. Not surprisingly this time, I see thousands of complaints in different online forums from customers who were also promised action within 48 hours. Jabong.com (and possibly several other web-based retailers) have unscrupulous business policies and they are corrupt people, possibly selling fraud/fake products. Urge you to join this petition to boycott Jabong.com
