The Animals Need Your Help! 
Al areen zoo has always been a favourite destination for me as a child. Although it has come to my realization that the zoo are exhibiting exotic species under terrible conditions, this not only threatens the lives and emotional health of these animals but also puts global conservation of wildlife at risk as endangered animals are being carelessly mistreated. 

as citizens of Bahrain we must create a proud country where everything can flourish in pride. Torturing beautiful animals only creates shame amongst our society which we do not want. As an animal lover, no matter of your nationality you must take action as together as a force the mistreatment and harassment of wildlife can be put to a halt only if we all work together to stop this issue. 

I as a Bahraini citizen and an environmental activist take pride in protecting endangered species such as lions and orangutans that are being trapped within this poorly controlled zoo. I will do everything I can to stop this but as one person alone I can only do very little. 

we must now catalyst change within the Bahraini society and begin to treat animals the way they deserve to be treated, with respect and gratuity. Sign this petition to show that you support the protection and rehabilitation  of the animals that are being torturously trapped within Al Areen Zoo in Bahrain. With enough people this petition will be presented to the supreme council of environment in Bahrain as proof that Bahrain believes that work must be immediately implemented to rehabilitate the animals to better quality zoos around the world
