We are launching this campaign as this person who founded cirfund/coin de oro has already solicited a large amount of money from a huge number of people promising to return their money with an interest which started in 2019. He used the money to start his businesses but has never returned any single centavo to the investors who are already asking for their hard-earned money. This has been done in different areas in the Philippines. 

We would also like to include the officers who received the money in behalf of the organization and are disregarding the members requests and pleas.
