Destiny Gray, a mother, a daughter, a granddaughter, a sister, a niece, an aunt, a cousin, and unfortunately a victim of Domestic Violence was murdered on December 23rd, 2019, two days before her 21st birthday. Her murderer? The father of her two children. He claims to have shot her because he thought she was an intruder outside the house. After combing through the evidence, Gray's family, discovered from a Facebook post made from Destiny that he physically abused her and even shot at her in September 2019. In addition to that attempted murder, he also told Destiny, "next time, I won't miss." Flash forward to July 2020, the fight for Destiny's justice is still ongoing. After taking an oath to serve justice within the city, Kimberley Gardner, the Circuit Attorney for Saint Louis Missouri REFUSES to prosecute Destiny's killer. Gardner has lied multiple times on where the case stands today. She has Destiny's mother, sisters, and multiple other of Destiny's supporters blocked on social media after being asked to properly do her job. Gardner also rushed Le'Jon Gray, Destiny's mother off the phone, and showed zero amount of sympathy for Miss, Le'jon's loss. Gardner told Le'jon Gray that there isn't enough evidence to prosecute Destiny's killer and that her murder was already justified. After no longer trusting that the system will give Destiny her due justice, we've decided to take matters into our own hands until her killer is behind bars!
