(English below) El día de ayer, decidí ir a visitar el Cinépolis VIP de Puerto Vallarta para tratar de charlar con la gerente general, Sujey Martínez. El 6 de junio fue mi primer intento de hacerlo. En esa ocasión, ella no estaba en el cine, pero Eunice Dorantes, gerente encargada, escuchó mis inquietudes y me prometió que le entregaría mi tarjeta de presentación a la gerente. Como pasó un mes y no tuve noticias de la gerente, supongo que Eunice extravió mi tarjeta, o tal vez olvidó darle el recado a Sujey Martínez. El día de ayer no estaban disponibles ni Sujey Martínez ni Eunice Dorantes, pero me atendió muy amablemente Lucía Polanco, subgerente del Cinépolis VIP. Como le comenté que hemos enviado dos mensajes de correo electrónico al departamento de Atención a Clientes de Cinépolis, y no hemos recibido respuestas adicionales desde la primera y única respuesta que recibimos el 18 de junio, ella ofreció ponerse en contacto con ellos y recibirme nuevamente el viernes 13 de Julio, para ver si alguien está considerando nuestra petición. Como siempre, agradecemos la atención y difusión que le has dado a nuestra petición, confiando que lo seguirás haciendo. ====== Yesterday I decided to visit Puerto Vallarta’s Cinepolis VIP hoping to speak to the general manager, Sujey Martinez. It was on June 6 that I first attempted to meet her. On that day, the was not at the premises, but Eunice Dorantes, manager in charge, listened to my concerns and promised to deliver my business card to the general manager. Since a month has gone by and I haven’t heard from her, I assume that Eunice lost my card, or perhaps forgot to deliver the message to Sujey Martínez. Yesterday neither Sujey or Eunice were available, but Lucia Polanco, assistant manager for Cinepolis VIP, kindly sat down with me for a short conversation. I showed her the petition on change.org, along with the number of signatures we’ve accomplished. I mentioned to her that we originally contacted Customer Service on June 18, got a reply from them, but not from two additional emails we’ve sent since. Therefore, she offered to get in touch with them and meet with me again on Friday, July 13, to see if there is anyone considering our petition. We will update again after that meeting.
