More and more cyclists are on the roads and some break the law to suit themselves with no concern for the safety of other road users. There is no way to identify these disprespectful cyclists in order to report them to the authorities and this creates negative attitudes to ALL road cyclists. Road Cyclists need to be registered by wearing a clear identification number on their tops, back and front. The bike is not the problem, its the rider that is the problem. If they can wear a number in a race they can wear a number when practicing on our communal roads.
