On behalf of the fans whom would like a refund for their purchase of a Dave Matthews & Tim Reynolds Riviera Maya 2022 package at Moon Palace through CID Presents. While we appreciate the rules they have set forth previously for this event, as we have had the pleasure of experiencing Dave & Tim Riviera Maya before, the uncertainty of the Omicron Variant continues to disrupt our lives and wreak havoc and it’s obvious we the fans and patrons have the right to receive a refund if we so chose to based on any number of concerns stemming from the COVID-19 pandemic that is still very much alive today! Travel, delays, new variants, lack of available tests and most importantly new rules that have been introduced by CID in coordination with Dave and Tim that are forcing some of our fellow Warehouse Members into some very uncomfortable positions. Let’s encourage CID & Dave and Tim to do the right thing and allow those guests whom would like a full refund to just that and open up space for those comfortable with the current conditions and requirements to enjoy this event this year as they deserve a chance to be there!
