The Issue

new mandates  covid regulations were sent to attendees 10/27/2021. At that time , we only had one more payment and were not allowed to cancel without forfeiting our previous money. The letter specifically states, the following two  new requirements will apply to all Crash My Playa 2022 guests: 

Negative COVID-19 PCR test no more than 96 hours prior to check in; Antigen test for departure back to the USA Before You Go:Upload proof of a negative COVID-19 PCR test resultAdministered by an official testing site within 96 hours prior to check in 
Information on where to upload your negative PCR test on their Bindle app . Per CDC Order, airlines currently require proof of a negative COVID-19 test for entry back into the United States. As of Nov 8th, the antigen test must be taken no more than 24 hours before departure for unvaccinated guests, and no more than3 days before departure for vaccinated guests. Documents must be shown prior to boarding.Moon Palace provides two departure rapid antigen tests per room at no charge. If you have more than two people in your room, there will be a surcharge of $19 per additional test. Guests will need to schedule their departure test directly with the resort.
If CDC guidelines change before the event we may update this requirement in line with any new guidelines, which will be communicated to you. If your aircraft is delayed and you miss your 24 hour period for departure  , you must retest. Travel insurance was recommended to cover Covid related expenses .  
This is a new contract that should require an updated signature or a full refund . I have contacted CID on numerous times regarding this new policy and my fear of testing positive in spite of my triple vaccinated status .  I have a funeral to attend 1/24/3022 . I have not received any logical response from CID or their  employees
