The 1st semester board examinations for class 10th and 12th which were conducted on an offline mode were proving to be quite effective. But the Physics examination of class 10 which was conducted on 9th of December 2021 was very tough with regard to the reduced syllabus given to the students by the council. The questions were tricky and confusing. Most questions in the paper required a lot of time for logically thinking and reasoning and also there were numericals which took plenty of time for calculations due to which the time provided to the students by the council (1hr) to complete the paper was insufficient. There was no time for reche king the paper which would cause a lot of deduction in the marks of the student. This would eventually affect the percentage of the students incase the 2nd semester do not take place due to the daily increasing cases of Omicron in India and the marks of the 1st semester are doubled. Therefore on behalf of all icse students I humbly request you to conduct a re-examination for Physics.
