Churchill Downs Race Track: Drop the ban on Pop-up Tents at the Kentucky Derby Infield

Churchill Downs Race Track: Drop the ban on Pop-up Tents at the Kentucky Derby Infield

The Issue

Fans of the Kentucky Derby are exposed to the elements (rain or shine) for 10-15 hours. The pop-up tents have been allowed for years and help provide cover from the rain and shade from the sun. We feel Churchill Downs has made an unfair decision without exploring other options that would better benefit the 80,000 fans in the infield.
