Wet n Wild - we DON'T like your new opening hours ...

The issue

Wet n Wild Sydney has been extremely popular - reaching 2 Million visitors since it opened already.   Gold & Silver Season pass holders bought these tickets based on the park was open thru to March / April.   Sydney is enjoying some great weather at the moment - but Wet n Wild is closing it's doors to customers earlier than expected.

We understand that you need to 'Tweak' operating hours - but surely you should be asking your Season pass holders what they would like to see ?   Simply cutting back hours of operation in Feb, Closing the park on weekdays in March without consultation of your loyal Gold Season Pass customers is just wrong.   

Remember, we are the people who NEXT year might choose not to return to Wet n Wild based on our Experience in 2012/2013.    

Give us a Chance to VOTE for the new operating hours...

We love the water park, but want better hours of access so we can all enjoy the facilities and rides you have to offer.

“Ewan, our pre season campaign and calendar published on our website beore one tickt was sold never had an 11pm close We made the decision to trade until 11pm on the 12th December when majority of season pass sales had occurred. We ceased season pass sales soon after this. We have increased the total hours of trade that we promoted when selling the season passes. I appreciate the input and passion and I am happy to meet with you and some represenatives if you would like, but am unable to respond further in this forum. As I said in my earlier post, we have again increased our hours - please chack our calendar at wetnwildsydney.com.au Best wishes Chris ”
