On April 26th, Billy Jenkins and Chad Allen, two unmarked officers, opened fire on a car with 6 people inside. Three children (ages 1,4, and 5) were shot in head and William Devaughn Smith (21) was also injured. Additionally, the children’s mother and William’s sister is immensely traumatized by this event. No news outlets has reported on whether or not this family has received any form of justice from the Choctaw Country police or District Attorney Mark Madoff, who stated that it would only take several WEEKS to review the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation report and determine whether detectives Billy Jenkins and Chad Allen committed crimes. Moreover, William Devaughn Smith the man injured by police was then arrested and placed into jail without being offered/given an attorney, which break the constitution right to an attorney.

The public cannot find out if these officer were fired or received any consequence under the law.
