dress code is unnecessary and it is uncomfortable and can affect the way people learn. if people are focused on on their clothes how are they going to focus on school?  Also, there's no reason we should even have a dress code, no ones distracting anyone else from learning by them wearing sweatpants. If someones hair is blue that is not distracting others from learning. If a someone wears a tank-top no one should be distracted if they are that's their problem not the person that's wearing its problem.
