I am starting this petition to bring Chipotle to Oshkosh, Wisconsin. 

As a Chipotle Stan, I find it crucial to have high-quality, fresh ingredients from Chipotle within a 15-minute drive and the closest Chipotle is currently in 19 miles away in Appleton and the next closest Chipotle is in Green Bay, which is 46 minutes away from Oshkosh.

Chipotle’s “competitor” Qdoba is located in Oshkosh and it only makes sense for Chipotle to come into town because it shows there is an appetite for Mexican eats, but better ones of course. While there are a few locally-owned Mexican restaurants in Oshkosh, Chipotle knows what it takes to operate in a city that has close to 70,000 people, as Appleton has 74,000 and counting and Oshkosh has close to 67,000. 

Lastly, being vegan in Oshkosh is already a challenge at times and having a place like Chipotle, one that caters to my dietary needs and others who might be vegetarian, vegan, or just want a reliable, healthy option at moderate prices, is something I believe is important.
