Dogs are one of our most loyal companions who are  also known as "Man's best friend" and we return their loyalty by torturing their kind? The consumption of dogs in China increased as the Yulin Lychee and Dog Meat Festival began. Roughly 10,000 dogs are annually killed during this festival. Originally, it was made to mark the Summer Solstice, also known as when the North and South poles are most inclined to the sun or the day with the longest period of daylight. This horrifying event must be put to a stop.

   Dogs stolen from their owner get beaten to supposedly tenderize the meat. They're shoved into tiny, unkempt cages without much food or water. Each one of them are hit on the head to get brung into an unconscious state. The dogs then get stript of their skin and proceed to either be boiled or blow torched alive waking up from their state of unconsciousness during this process.
