The Chilliwack Youth Health Centre has been overlooked for funding. CYHC depends on small grants which expire annually every March 31.  CYHC offers medical and addiction support, counseling, and support to youth at risk of losing housing, and they do it all free of charge. Did you know that  Abbotsford receives $800,000 annually in operational funding to run FOUNDRY, a program that is extremely similar to CYHC, yet Chilliwack gets nothing!!! DO CHILLIWACK YOUTH NOT MATTER?? Why are Chilliwack Youth being ignored?

There are 23 Foundry sites in BC, some existing in smaller communities like Comox/ Campbell River, Sunshine Coast, Ft. St. John, and Penticton but Chilliwack is not included in the mix.

We need everyone to reach out to the Minister of Mental Health and Addiction, Jennifer Whiteside, and our local MLAs Kelli Paddon and Dan Coulter to make this right!
