My Daughter suffers from Mitochondrial Disease, Cyclical Vomiting Syndrome, and she has Kidney problems, this condition causes her to have chronic bladder infections, plus other symptoms, that she would rather me not mention here. She needs to have a catheter inserted, to see what exactly is going on, by running a dye.

They refuse to sedate her or give her versed, to insert the catheter. How many of you had a catheter inserted? ITS PAINFUL! and not only is it painful, its embarrassing, and traumatizing for a child to have this happen to them. 

My child goes through enough with her illnesses, I do not want her to go through this as well. I've been fighting this for quite a few months now, but nothing is being done about it. Please sign this petition, and try to get CHLA to use sedation for inserting catheters in children.
