We are throwing away our children from society who have been involved in non-murder offenses.  Young people should be held accountable for their criminal actions in a way that allows them to grow and develop into successful adults.  Many young adults in California now have served over 12 + years since the inception of California Proposition 21 in the year 2000 (many children were held several years during court precedings in order to be prosecuted under Proposition 21)  Please help in giving our children a second chance......
