I’m sick to my stomach. This is blood boiling. We need to be protecting children, yet a federal appeals court, in August 2026, ruled that the private possession of AI-generated child sexual abuse material (CSAM) is protected by the First Amendment. This means these disturbing images, as long as they don't depict real children and stay private, are legal.

This ruling is a direct contradiction to our moral duty to protect children and uphold safety standards in our society. Artificial intelligence should not be used to create disturbing and harmful content, nor should the creation and possession of such content be justified as a right. This decision sends a wrong message and can potentially be a catalyst for further dysfunction and moral decay.

Statistics show that improper exposure to obscene material can have a psychological impact on individuals, potentially fostering dangerous behaviors. Readers might recall similar precedents being used to justify harmful actions; ignoring AI-generated CSAM could foster these evil people & out ALL CHILDREN AT RISK 

Our children deserve a future free from the looming shadow of exploitation, and our laws must reflect that commitment. Science has repeatedly proven that consuming any form of explicit material leads to desensitization and, in some cases, moral corruption. Despite this, we have a legal system currently endorsing AI-produced CSAM under the guise of free speech.

This is personal. We must stand together against a ruling that undermines our core values and endangers our society. This court decision places our children & our future at risk. It is incumbent upon us to ensure that legal loopholes do not offer safe harbor to those looking to exploit technology at the expense of societal well-being.

Let's demand accountability from the U.S. Court of Appeals and urge Congress to re-evaluate & amend current laws to include AI-generated CSAM data. Together, let's protect our children & safeguard their innocence from this technological abuse before it grows beyond our control.
