We discuss the differences between NYC regulations versus the regulations for the rest of the state, sponsored legislation related to violations, and sanctions and penalties, the authority of the OCFS have, how to appeal an OCFS decision, the document that governs the OCFS, the document that defines the purpose, mission, and goals of the OCFS, the organizational structure and hierarchy of the OCFS executive team, the OCFS’s self-created administrative adjudication plan and the road to reform.
