Parents that do not have custody of their child, either father or mother are closely scrutinized by the Child Support Agency. They are constantly monitored by a number of third parties working for the CSA to retrieve financial support for the custodial parent. Including the Australian Tax Office and other financial institutions.

Non- custodial parents are constantly questioned, harassed, their privacy invaded and forced to pay child support even when access to the child is denied. Non- custodial parents are made to feel like criminals and wanted persons by the CSA’s ability to impose a “no fly ban” on the parent in question.

The Child support agency has gone too far as they have now become Police and law enforcers and are treating non- custodial parents who are unable to pay for legitimate reasons like criminals and imposing restrictions such as the 'No fly list ban' as well.
