My husband has 2 children they are  16 and 13 years old  who are living in Perth WA, the childrens mother is not allowing any contact with their father and family over here who has not seen or heard from them for 9 years, there is no reason for her to do this, but the CSA and the childrens mother still want the payments, i dont think that this is fair,  the parent with custody of the children should be made to allow access and contact to the absentee parent and not withheld for no reason unless, there is a proven history of violence (etc)  to either parent before payments are made, this in itself I feel would free up the courts of access battles. Also it was the mothers decision to take my husbands children overseas. The mother also will not let the children contact the rest of the family she has full control of them so even if they wanted contact this would not be allowed. so if you are in the same or similar situation please sign this petition to get the rules and laws changed regarding the CSA thankyou.
