Make Child Sexual Assault A Violent Crime!
   

   Many states have revoked the death penalty for violate criminals. Ohio is one of the US states where offenders can still get the death penalty through the criminal justice system. In 2024 over 400 kids have been recorded missing. That is not counting the kids who have died due to childhood sexual assault or abduction. It also does not count the living adults struggling with mental health disorder or addictions due to the trauma. 

 In 2024 the RAINN association reported in the US, every 68 seconds, an American is sexually assaulted. Every 9 minutes, that victim is a child. Meanwhile, stastics show only 25 out of every 1,000 perpetrators of sexual abuse will end up in prison. Since the dawn of time if a dog attacks a child we say it knows better and put it down. Even though we all know dogs are animals. Why should a human who knew what they were doing not be put down but we put down inmates for other violent criminals. This law will ensure that any person male or female has 3 charges and/or 3 victims testimonies against child sexual abuse rather testified or not. The accused must be persecuted under the Rev. Stat. §§ 2151.031; 2907.01; 2919.22 code. No child should come forward to be ignored or still have to live amongst their abuser. Let alone to turn 18 and the predator be walking around living life with them!   

  This law includes but is not limited to child on child sexual assault unless offender was 3 years older. Such cases shall be presented different because the offender is likely a victim of childhood assault themselves. These testimonies and statements will add 1 strike to the offender’s record of the 3 must have offensives for death penalty. Therefore, even though mental health is valid, the offender was knowing after 1 strike and it then becomes proven to be a choice and not due to mental illness. 

It’s is already a law invoked for the death penalty in Ohio for the murder of a child. Yet to predators murder is evidence. They perceive that it’s their word over the child. They think they can only get them prosecuted if authorities believe the child! So why are victims coming forward for the offender to be out living amongst them? Child rape is as bad as murder. The dead live gloriously amongst God. Yet, the living have to live with what they endured. It murders a child’s mental health their will to live and robs them of a fair life. Leading survivors to suicide, drug or alcohol addiction, mental health disorders and much more! 

 This law will be passed in any state that still has the death penalty invoked. This law will change lives and the futures of many childhood sexual assault survivors and it will protect our youth. It will restore our children’s safety through the criminal justice system because no child should speak up to be ignored! We will stop drug addiction and many other mental health disorders at the root! Will break many general curses by just standing up for the survivor!
