Memorandum

We the citzens of Piqua, Ohio formally request the Miami County Sheriff's Office to investigate and look further into the child abuse videos and clear evidence in reference to one[Redacted] a resident that resides on [Redacted].

We bring forth the knowledge that there has undoubtedly been clear evidence and charges of abuse in the past pertaining to these children. Miami county children services have made multiple inquiries with no resolve to these abused and neglected children. Furthermore we have obtained not only video of the abuse as well as audio and statements from some of the children residing now and formally in that home. We also have documentation of the type of character this is and own admission of beating these kids in the past. As concerned citzens we have a right to request a higher ranking authority look into these matter immediately. As to the safety and concern for these kids some of which are special needs children we urge this be done immediately.
